Discussed: sending packages overseas and Christmas Family Day The FRG will meet on Wednesday, November 22 @ the guard to begin packing the items for the soldiers overseas. December 2nd the FRG will be getting together to decorate the dining hall for the Christmas dinner. December 3rd will be the dinner. The FRG is responsible for the food for the families, retirees, and their families. Spouses are responsible for bringing dessert. We are also inviting the families for the guys that are overseas. Taking a sip of my iced tea, I studied the crowd over the rim of my glass. My gaze lingered on a group enjoying their meal. They wore no uniform to identify their branch of service, but they were definitely "military:" clean shaven, cropped haircut, and that "squared away" look that comes with pride.
